What We Believe

Hey there…. If you have just a minute allow me to share with you a little bit about who we are and what we believe. If you ever have the chance to visit us you will find that we are a group of people who are seeking God and exploring life, together. We strive hard to be contemporary in our approach, purpose driven in our philosophy and relevant in our application. God has given us such a great vision that we have adopted a regional mindset when it comes to reaching our surrounding area. Simply said, we desire to reach people from a large region, ministering to all ages. Here at Lighthouse, we believe God has asked us to lead people into becoming fully devoted followers of Christ…who produce followers of Christ…who produce followers of Christ. It is our hope that we as a church can express God lovingly, obey Him intentionally, serve Him willingly, worship Him passionately and share Him compassionately. At Lighthouse we like to major on the majors and to keep the main thing the main thing. With that said, we believe the Bible is the inerrant (without error) and inspired (God breathed) Word of God. It is truthful and therefore authoritative for all of life. We believe in God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit. Our driving passion is that people have or will have a personal relationship with Christ, by coming to know Him as their savior. As a church body we celebrate the baptism of believers and the observation of the Lord’s Supper. Thanks for taking the time to get to know us better.
